Tommy is a grown man, He can have his server on at anytime he likes.

Sure, He has a couple of internet problems here and there but if your wanting to know when the server is on , Your not a true player.

I know when its on, Not because I ask anyone but because I've played long enough to know when it will be on.

I agree with bammy, Tommy have school and stuffs.
This is not real life.
Meanwhile play with your friends, sports, etc. I will tell when server is online.
